Shipping Policy

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, size and location of the order. Our goal is to provide an efficient and secure service for the delivery of your products. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment. Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs and Import Duties and Taxes Clause

  1. Applicability of Customs Charges and Taxes: All international orders are subject to customs charges, duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country (“Customs Charges”). These Customs Charges are assessed and collected once the shipment arrives in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

  2. Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for the Customs Charges associated with their international order. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates or quotes for them, as they vary considerably between different countries.

  3. Verification Recommendation: It is strongly recommended that customers contact their local customs office for detailed information on Customs Charges before placing an international order.

  4. Customer Agreement: By placing an order, the customer agrees and understands that all Customs Charges are their responsibility and that they must abide by all applicable regulations and laws of their country regarding the importation of goods.

Return Policy

We understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we offer a return policy to ensure your peace of mind:

  • Return Period: You have the right to return any product you are not satisfied with within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Return Conditions: To process a return, the product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated. This allows us to maintain competitive prices for our products.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refund:

  • Customized products that have been designed specifically for you.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that were purchased with a special discount or in a promotion.

Reimbursement

Refunds will be processed in a timely manner in the same form of payment you used to make the purchase. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
