(1) This includes all computer and telecommunications networks that are linked to the equipment for which maintenance is contracted.
(2) A free antivirus license will be installed and maintained.
(3) Night assistance will be between 21:00 and 9:00 with a response time of 3h. The hourly rate for night assistance is €80 excluding travel (€12/trip).
(4) The discount on maintenance is per number of PCs contracted, as follows:
– From 5 to 9 PCs: 15%.
– More than 9 PCs: 25%.
